Erutò – it erupted! A unique range of fully ORGANIC wines from the Italian Central region of Campania. Our vineyards are mostly situated in Irpinia, an inland region where vineyards lie between 350 and 650 meters above sea level and where the altitude, volcanic influence, and cool nights create wines of exceptional freshness, minerality, and longevity.
Our Sicilian range is rooted in the ancient Terra Rossa of Ragusa, where iron-rich red soils rest upon millions of years of limestone. Our vines produce unique wines of remarkable elegance, vibrant freshness, and unmistakable Sicilian character.
Ti Gà is Venetian dialect for “You Have”. Our vineyards lie between the Verona and Vicenza hills, where soils are calcareous, volcanic and morainic and the vines are caressed by the sun and breezes from Lake Garda. The mild climate, sunny exposure and unique terroir characterised by a mix of soil types combine to make this corner of Italy a true winemaking paradise.
Pecora in Italian means “Sheep”. Bianco means “white”. Put them together and they spell BIAAANCO! This delicious Pecorino hails from the rolling hills of Abruzzo, in Central Italy, where the vineyards lie about 350 meters above sea level and are cooled by the gentle mediterranean breezes.
Our organic Vineyards lie deep in the Salento area, in Italy’s southernmost region of Puglia. Surrounded by the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Ionian Sea to the west, this area enjoys one of Italy’s warmest and sunniest climates. The constant sea breezes help moderate the summer heat, allowing grapes to ripen fully while retaining freshness.
“Azzenta” is a take on the Italian word “assenza”, meaning without. Fresh, lively and cascading bubbles burst from the glass in this elegant and fruit driven NO ALCOHOL Sparkling Brut produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
