About this Wine
Produced from 100% organic Aglianico grown on the volcanic hills of Irpinia, Campania, this wine reflects the strength and character of its unique terroir. Low-yield vineyards, mineral-rich soils and carefully selected grapes create remarkable depth and complexity. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve purity and achieve gentle tannin extraction, while a portion of the wine matures in American and French oak barriques before resting in bottle. The result is a refined red with rich fruit, elegant structure and a beautifully persistent finish.
