About this Wine

A distinctive blend of 60% organic Frappato and 40% organic Merlot, grown in the mineral-rich vineyards of Ragusa, Sicily. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique character before being carefully blended into a harmonious expression of freshness and elegance. Gentle fermentation and controlled maceration ensure soft tannins and vibrant fruit, while a short maturation in stainless steel and bottle enhances balance and purity. The result is a refined, velvety red with bright acidity, remarkable drinkability and a long, elegant finish.
