About this Wine
Crafted from a blend of 60% organic Grillo and 40% organic Pinot Grigio, grown in the vineyards of Ragusa, Sicily. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately at controlled temperatures to preserve their freshness and aromatic character. After ageing in stainless steel and resting in the bottle, the wine reveals an elegant, balanced and refined personality.
